Paul Reilly is a USMA ’89 graduate and the founder of MidStrong and the Old Grad Strong Project. He has spent decades coaching busy professionals and Old Grads to build sustainable strength, resilience, and long-term health.These days, you can often find him getting his workouts in right where his Airstream is camped out. When he’s not training or coaching, he’s usually out on a hiking trail, exploring the local area for its history and hidden stories, or checking out a nearby craft brewery.
